Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

• Where we deliver: all governorates of Egypt.
• Delivery fee: EGP 100 express delivery per order. Free delivery on orders of EGP 15,000 or more.
• Delivery time: 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation. Large or project orders may need a confirmed lead time, which we agree with you before dispatch.
• Store pickup: free pickup from our shop at 421 Ramses St, El Abbaseya, Cairo, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
• Payment methods: card, cash on delivery, InstaPay and mobile wallet.
• On delivery: please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. See our Refund policy (30-day returns).
• Company invoice: to have the invoice issued to your company, add the company name and tax ID to your order or send them to us on WhatsApp.
• Quotations: for BOQs and project quantities, send your request from our Bulk Orders & RFQ page and we reply within 24 hours.
